| The
video will start playing when the computer thinks it will be able to play
all the way through without stopping. If you would like to check to see
if it is actually downloading, just hit the PLAY Button on the video player.
On dial up it could take up to a minute just to SEE the Video player.
Are you on
a Dial-Up internet connection?
If
you are, you may not see anything happening for a very long time. The
video is downloading.
Look for the gray progress bar moving (very slowly) toward the right.
It will likely take SEVERAL HOURS to be able to watch the whole
thing.
DO Not Close the page that the video is on!
Go to bed, have dinner, do the laundry or continue surfing; forget about
the video 'til later.
The videos range from 45 MEGS to 89 MEGS. They're Phat. They will
take FOREVER on dial-up.
After the video is completely downloaded (gray progress bar all the way
to the right)
I recommend going to your temporary Internet folder and pulling the file
out of there to save on your hard drive.
Do you have
QuickTime Installed on your computer?
...The latest version?
If
not, you may get it for free, HERE.
If neither
of these is the problem...
...Are you
at work?
Many work places
have firewalls installed that prevent users from doing fun things
like watching videos or playing games.
...Do you
have enough space allocated to temporary internet files?
You may need to check your Internet options and adjust the size of your
temporary internet folder.
These video file are very large, maybe you need to increase the
amount of space allocated to temporary internet files.
If
none of these is the problem Please E-mail
me
with a brief but precise description of your system and what happens and
I will try to help.
